FAQ

Good to know.

Answers to what we hear most from passengers, airlines, and drivers.

Is there a fee for delayed bag delivery?

No — delayed baggage delivery is billed to the airline, not the passenger. It's free to you.

What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?

Your driver will attempt delivery and follow up with next steps if no one's available — no bag gets left unattended.

What if my bag is damaged?

Report it through your airline as you normally would. Every stop is logged with a timestamp and driver, so we can help trace what happened.

How do I know when my bag will arrive?

Use the tracker on this site with your confirmation code — you'll see live status and an estimated delivery window once your bag is sorted.

Do you deliver everywhere?

We deliver within a set radius of each airport we serve. Addresses further out get routed back to the airline's standard process.

How is this different from the airline handling it themselves?

We're a dedicated, tracked delivery layer built specifically for this — faster turnaround than a general courier, and full visibility for both you and the airline.

How does Home Pickup work?

Submit a request with your address, bag count, and preferred window. We confirm your pickup time, then a driver collects your bags and brings them to the airport.

How do I become a driver?

Visit the Drive With Us page and submit an application. We'll reach out about next steps once we're hiring in your market.
